A | 9월 5일부터 12월까지 시청 1층서 운영성인·어르신·어린이 맞춤형 체력 측정·상담추석 연휴엔 온 가족 참여 프로그램도 마련 지난 설 연휴에 서울시청에 마련된 ‘설맞이 팝업 서울체력장’ 모습. 사진제공=서울시9월부터 주말 서울시청을 찾으면 근력과 심폐지구력, 유연성 등 자신의 체력을 무료로 측정하고 전문가에게 맞춤형 운동 방법을 상담받을 수 있다. 체력측정을 마친 만 18세 이상 서울시민은 ‘손목닥터9988’ 1000포인트도 받는다.서울시는 9월 5일부터 12월 20일까지 시청 본관 1층 로비에서 ‘상시형 찾아가는 서울체력장’을 운영한다고 26일 밝혔다. 시민들이 가까운 곳에서 체력 상태를 확인하고 건강관리에 활용할 수 있도록 마련했다.서울체력장은 매월 첫째·셋째 주 토·일요일 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지 운영한다. 9월 5~6일에는 성인과 어르신을 대상으로 하며 10~11월에는 어린이 대상 프로그램도 순차적으로 운영한다.성인은 근력과 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 유연성 등을 측정한다. 어르신은 균형과 보행, 하지 근기능 등을 살펴보는 노인신체기능평가(SPPB)를 받을 수 있다. 어린이는 근력과 민첩성, 순발력 등 기초체력을 확인한다. 건강 상태에 따라 가능한 종목만 측정할 수도 있다.측정이 끝나면 전문가가 결과를 토대로 현재 체력 수준과 개인별 운동 방법을 안내한다. 영양과 휴식 등 생활습관 상담도 제공하며 체력 평가확인서와 결과지도 발급한다.만 18세 이상 서울시민이 체력측정을 완료하면 손목닥터9988 특별 포인트 1000P를 받을 수 있다. 일부 종목만 측정해도 동일하게 지급된다. 손목닥터9988 앱에서 사전 예약하거나 운영 당일 시청에서 현장 접수하면 된다.추석 연휴에는 가족이 함께 참여하는 프로그램도 열린다. 서울시는 9월 25~27일 철봉 매달리기와 앉아윗몸앞으로굽히기, 낙하봉 반응속도, 밸런스 패드 등 체력측정·신체활동 프로그램을 운영한다. 올해 설 연휴 팝업 체력장에는 사흘간 2883명이 참여했다.더욱 정밀한 인증형 체력측정을 원하는 시민은 체력인증센터를 이용할 수 있다. 현재 광진·송파·용산·은평·서대문·서초구 등에서 20개 센터가 운영 중이며 관악·강남·동대문·종로·강서·성북·양천에도 하반기 센터가 추가로 문을 열 예정이다.조영창 서울시 시민건강국장은 “시청을 방문한 시민들이 부담 없이 체력을 측정하고 건강 상태를 확인할 수 있도록 이번 자리를 마련했다”며 “가족과 함께 참여해 건강을 점검하는 기회로 활용하시길 바란다”고 말했다. 이미지제공=서울시。

According to sources close to the actor, he had not finalized any director yet. “Allu Arjun wanted to do stories that have universal appeal; his idea is to expand fanbase in various countries by approving scripts that attract the hinterland. Although he is excited with story ideas of a couple of directors, he wanted to give himself some time to finalize. He hasn’t signed any film yet, but intends to take it up close to wrapping up the shooting for Atlee’s large-scale, pan-Indian science-fiction action-fantasy film – that way he gets a perfect picture on his mounting appeal.” Global collaborations Allu Arjun has been very ambitious about collaborating with global technicians for his films.
